You can call Social Security Scotland at any time during a review if:

  • you have any questions
  • you need help
  • you want to complete the review form over the phone
  • there’s been a change to your conditions or needs since the review started

Opening times are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. They will be able to help you quicker if you know your National Insurance number.
