Replace or update an under 22s bus pass

If your bus pass is lost, stolen or damaged, you can apply for a replacement online or through your local council.

You can also apply for a replacement card to update your name or photo.

You must tell your local council about any changes which may affect your entitlement, such as a change of address. If you move to a new local council area, you must also let your new council know.

Check the back of your card for the right phone number to call. If the changes mean that you'll need a new bus pass, your local council will send you one.

Replacement bus passes are free.

Your old card will be cancelled after you apply for a replacement.  If you do not have a working bus pass, you’ll need to pay your bus fare.
