Qualifying benefits
If you qualified for another benefit you'll automatically get Winter Heating Payment. These are called the qualifying benefits.
Qualifying week
The next qualifying week is 4 November to 10 November 2024. Your data tells Social Security Scotland if got one or more of the qualfying benefits at some point during this week. Using your data in this way does not affect your data protection rights.

If you're worried that you have missed a Winter Heating Payment that you should have got, send Social Security Scotland a request.
