It's open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Prepayment meter technical problems

If you’ve no electricity due to prepayment meter technical problems get advice on the energy.scot website.

Priority Services Register

The Priority Services Register (PSR) is a free service for those who need extra support during a power cut. For example, if you:

  • use medical equipment that needs electricity or water
  • have a disability or chronic illness
  • live with children under 5
  • are of pension age
