They cannot answer any questions about any benefits you receive from the Department for Work and Pensions.

You can call Social Security Scotland free on 0800 182 2222.

They're open 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

If you're a British Sign Language user, you can use the Contact Scotland service to contact Social Security Scotland by video relay.

They'll be able to access your details quicker if you know your National Insurance number.
