Your disability benefit review

When it’s time to review your disability benefit, you’ll get a review pack in the post from Social Security Scotland. This tells you the name of the benefit, what you were awarded and why.

You’ll need to complete the review form in full if you've got any changes to report.

If nothing has changed, you can choose the ‘declare no changes’ option.

The quickest and easiest way to complete the form is online.
