Register your organisation with Disclosure Scotland

You can register your organisation with Disclosure Scotland if you’re applying for standard, enhanced or PVG disclosures for your employees.

Registering means that you’ll be able to countersign disclosure applications. You’ll become a registered body.

Registered bodies can check employees' disclosures to:

If you do not want to register, you can use an umbrella body who can countersign applications on your behalf.

Basic disclosure

You do not need to register with Disclosure Scotland for basic disclosures.
