Can I appeal?

You might be able to appeal if your application is:

  • refused
  • approved but has conditions placed on it that you feel are unsuitable
  • not decided on within a set period

You have a right to an appeal to Scottish Ministers or a review by the Planning Authority's review body.

Find more information on planning permission appeals, including information on the process and how to appeal.
