The First-tier Tribunal for Scotland General Regulatory Chamber
The General Regulatory Chamber is part of the First-tier Tribunal for Scotland.
It deals with appeals against decisions made by the Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator (OSCR), which regulates charities in Scotland.
It also deals with appeals against Penalty Charge Notices issued by certain Scottish councils for parking contraventions, Low Emission Zone contraventions, and bus lane enforcement notifications.
