Travelling abroad

If you have settled or pre-settled status under the EUSS, you can use your national ID card to enter the UK.

When travelling, you should bring the ID that's linked to your EUSS application. This could either be your passport or a national identity card.

Your personal details in your UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) account must be kept up to date.
