Complain about a social work department
Contact your local council to complain or give feedback about a social work department. It must have a complaints process in place.
You can ask the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman to investigate if you're unhappy with the response from your local council.
Contact the Scottish Social Services Council to raise a concern about a social worker, social care worker, early years, or young people's worker. They set out codes of practice that people working in social services and their employers should meet.
