There is different support available if you cannot afford to top up your prepayment meter.

You could get:

emergency or friendly hours credit – a small amount of money to help you get heating and electricity
a fuel voucher – by text, email or post
an energy grant – from energy suppliers or the Scottish Welfare Fund
