How to apply
You can apply by:

filling in the application forms and emailing them to a case worker, or
- contacting a case worker by phone or email who will send you paper application forms in the post
Once you have received your forms you can complete them at your own pace. You do not have to send them all at once.
Please read the "Help to apply" guidance as you go through the application. There is separate application guidance for next of kin applicants.
Survivor applications

If you’d like to complete your application forms on your device, please download the application forms and guidance.
You can type directly into the PDF documents. When you’re ready, you can:
- save the PDF on your device
- email it to a case worker at apply@redress-scheme.scot
Apply by post
You can get a paper application form by contacting a case worker who will send you them in the post.

Please note that we cannot accept application forms or supporting documents on a USB stick. You must post or email your application form and documents instead.
Next of kin applications

You can apply for a next of kin payment by downloading the application form and guidance.
You can type directly into the PDF document. When you’re ready, you should:
- save the PDF on your device
- email it to a case worker at nextofkinteam@redress-scheme.scot
